Purposely ink died pens

Be Aware of that I bought a box of spare parts on EBay. I at first thought I had two grand blue Esterbrook pens. Then, I noticed a miss coloration of the thread area of a barrel and found out someone had helped the color of my Esterbrooks.

It could be someone has found a new use for Boston Bay Blue.

I am under ways to find some Ink nix, or ReDuRan, and hope to not have to sand those pens hard.

I just thought everyone should know of this trick.

For all I know this can be used on Red, or Green Esterbrooks too. It is how ever my thought it is Boston Bay Blue, even though I am totally ignorant of the ink out side it stains pens.
