A week or so ago, I saw this print ad for sale on eBay:
I spent quite a few hours on-line trying to find a Lindy Executive pen, with no success, so I moved on to other things.
Three days ago I bought this lot, also on eBay:
I wasn't much interested in the Cross pencil, which has some issues, but the two ballpoints are nicely engraved with "CHANNEL SIX - XETV" which was one of only two television stations I was able to receive as a youth. When the lot arrived today, I discovered that all the XETV-engraved items carried the Lindy logo on their clips, and were, in fact, Executive model pens and pencil. Both ballpoints even still work, and the pencil looks as though it's never been used. The ballpoint refills are identical to Paper Mate PowerPoint or LubriGlide refills, but with a smaller-diameter tip.
