If memory serves, this pen came in after the modified Platinum Preppy and before the Creaper/Nib Creaper as an offering from Noodler's; I don't remember whether it was a freebie included with a bottle of ink, or whether I bought it outright, but it appears to be an Indian-made Oliver "Ideal" (look in the "miscellaneous" section at Fountain Pen Revolution) with a custom clip and nib.
Regardless, I finally found a dip nib that fits it well without heat-setting the feed, and that turned out to be an Esterbrook 356 "Art and Drafting" pen, supposedly the favorite nib of Carl Barks, and I can easily see why. With very little pressure, it goes from an XF hairline to better than 2 mm before the unmodified feed can no longer keep up!
Useless for writing, but wonderful for inking.
Ink is Noodler's Heart of Darkness.
