I really didn't know what this was going to really end up being, but I couldn't pass it up for $24 from eBay seller penpartsstore:
It does look somewhat like a US-made Minim, though only about 2/3 the diameter and half an inch longer. Also unlike the US Minim, it doesn't take a standard Parker refill, but one that is 3/4" shorter, and the refill advance mechanism is a conventional clicker type. The refill is not recent production, but it does work, thankfully. I'm pretty sure the "Pocket" refill for Ballograf pens will work, but I expect I can shorten plastic Parker-type refills if need be.
It's pretty, but not particularly well made. There is some bulging around the cap where the imprint is, and the logo on the clicker button is off-center and appears to be a sticker.
I'm not sorry I bought it, but I'm glad I didn't have to pay more for it.
A very nice looking pen! If anyone can find a refill to work, it would have to be you, Mike!
It bothers me when anything I buy has a significant flaw that is not divulged by the seller. I wonder if the offset sticker logo and the bulging can be signs that it is not truly what the seller professed it to be...

My shirt came to me, wrapped up all in black, something funny told me, I'd have to send it back.
Although I couldn't make it fit, I knew I'd have to try. Now I'm telling all of you, I will never buy....
Just for fun, here are three old/odd Parker refills:
First is an old T-Ball Jotter refill from a late-1950s Jotter; second is from a window Jotter, with the overlay removed; last is the shorty refill from this Argentine pen. I'll have to order a "Pocket" refill from Nord-Mark and see if it's the same size.
Edit: Order placed; I should know in about a week.
