gold bond stoneite ring top f.p.

I have found a Gold Bond Stoneite Ring Top F.P. in excellent condition with exception that it is missing ring top. I am unable to tell how the ring top attaches nor how to repair. Can anyone help me with this?

The screw from the original is broken off inside. You will have to somehow unscrew it or drill it out to get the new one in place.
