Bought a Noodler's Ahab a few months ago and it is a good pen for the price but it has a nasty habit of leaking into the cap when it has been used for about a day and the ink has dropped 6mm [1/4"] in the reservoir.

I wouldn't have bothered with that too much as its a $20 pen but now my favourite Montegrappa Mia has started doing the same thing.  This is a real bother as I like the pen and use it for work, but who likes to finish up with inky fingers @ work.

I used to drop out 1 or 2 drops on all my pens after filling, but stopped doing it as it did not seem to bother modern piston fillers.

Cheers

David
