I picked up an early-1990s Parker Classic P&P set missing the refill from the ballpoint, and so far no Parker-type refill I have on hand will fit it (the opening at the business end is just a tad too small), except one unmarked white plastic refill from a promo pen. Parker, Schmidt, Fisher, and Itoya refills are too fat at the tip.
Apart from reaming the tip out, what are my options?
Never mind: under better magnification, I found that the tip had been dinged ever so slightly, probably from a drop, and was able to roll it out with a tapered steel rod. Happy now with a nice blue Schmidt refill.
