you must think I am really nuts.  I am using "reply" not quick reply.  I see image edit image.  When I click on that I get a series of options for image URL.  I don't get a browse to upload

That's the problem.  There is nothing below the email me box.  Just submit post.

 No, that's fine- that is another option!

I am referring to the buttons at the bottom where it says "Fast reply", or "Advanced Editor". If you choose "Quote", as I did here, you will also see the "attach file" that DWL and I are referring too!

There are also "mini-links" at the bottom of reply boxes that say "posting how-to" and "posting guidlines".
Anyone can use these links to get a tutorial on posting here, as well as the rules of posting!
