First of all, I want to say "Hi" as this is my first post on this forum. I just came accross this site today and I'm glad I found it. Second, I wanted to share this custom fountain pen I finished ; I'm pretty happy with the results. The blank is also custom and was poured from PR and colored using opaque pigments. The front section is made from 6061 aluminum and outfitted with a #5 Heritance nib. This is the only one I have that has the Heritance nib as all other custom pens I have made (or will make) will be outfitted with Bock nibs or something else depending on the request. The front section also has a 1 mm taper in it for comfort when handling; it's hard to see in the picture due to the lighting but it's there. I departed from the normal path on this one and incorporated the threads for the cap into the front section. All comments welcome. Thanks for looking!
I love everything about it save the metal section. I would LOVE to get my hands on a couple of those custom blanks. Did you make them or were they outsourced? What are the dimensions of the pen? It looks to be pretty large ( a very good thing IMHO).
Very well done!

Thanks for the compliments! The blank is my own custom creation (no outsourcing). If you are interested in ordering something similar, shoot me a message. The size of the pen is where the picture can be deceiving. Uncapped, the pen is 5 1/16" and capped it's 5 5/8". The body is slightly more than 1/2" and the cap is ~ 5/8".
