Hello all. I just discovered this board. I've been in and out of fountain pen accumulation and usage for a long time. After years of working in various high tech industries the downturn left me at a call center sittiing at a desk for 8 hours a day taking customer service calls for a major telecom. I spend this time with pen in hand, futzing around with caligraphy, penmanship or (most frequently) doodling. oh, and occassionally taking notes. My tastes are ecclectic, my main interest being trying new and different things. The current subjects are a bottle of Sheaffer's brown ink and a recent antique store find, a Parker 45 with an "A" accountant nib. In spite of the evidence presented by the length of this intro I will probable lurk more than post but will try to contribute when I can.
I'd enjoy seeing some of your penmanship & calligraphy. If your looking to improve, Kate Gladstone has a penmanship course/product. You should check her out.
