got this cheap chinese Hero pen a month or so ago, and i'd like to be able to pull the feed to super juice it.  but on the other cheapy chinese pens i have with same feed/section, i can't for the life of me figure out how to pull em apart.

A couple of years ago, I bought a 'shrimp pen', same section/nib but has a set of cheapo crystal eyes. I passed it along to my daughter. I just spent 20 minutes looking at it & bud, I'm as stumped as you are. I dont see any way for it to open/disassemble. I wonder it if was all assembled into the section from the front hole. I'm tired tonight, I'll give it more time tomorrow & see what I can find out.

after further research (ie: cutting it open with a dremel after pounding on it for a while) i've discovered that these feeds are not removable in any serviceable way. they are epoxy welded in place and not meant to be removed. oh well.

won't be buying any more $3 chinese pens. wink.gif
