I posted the question on the general questions. I purchased this pen in 1993 from Bexley. It is in the original wooden box and in excellent condition. I collect watches, but have no idea where to find out if there is a market for my pen. Any help? Thanks!
Thats an excellent pen. A first year Bexley like that will bring top $$. I'd do one of a couple of things. Contact Howard Levy/president of Bexley or Dennis Bowden of Parkville Pens and see if they know any focused collectors. Dennis may even be able to sell it for you on a consignment deal. I know him & he is first class dealer & all around good egg.
Another option is contact Don Lavin of the Chicago pen show (very early May) & have them sell it at the auction. Honestly, that would probably be the best way to get the most eyes on it & will most likely bring a higher sales price.
Good luck!
