I have an Omas Emotica with a titanium nib and it's a great writer, one of my best. There is bit of springiness to the nib, which makes it an expressive writer. Some put down titanium as a nib material because you can't make a flexible nib with it, but how many people want a flexible nib? I like to have a couple of vintage pens with flexible nibs, but that's not how I normally write. Most people don't use flexible nibs on a regular basis and most vintage nibs had very little flex, except for Waterman. Try finding a Sheaffer with a flexible nib; they're out there, but quite unusual to find.
