G'day all,

I have a Japanese pen with an inscription of "Kokusai" and a stylized globe (about 5mm) on the barrel showing the two poles with "IDEAL" in the centre. Is anyone familiar with these markings? The goldplate clip is marked "NEWCLIP" The barrel measures approx 14mm and 142mm capped.

I don't expect it to be of much value but would be nice to put some history to the piece.

Max in England has a New Clip for sale and "New Clip" is listed as one of the manufacturers at WW Pen club. You might want to contact Max since he says he has several.

It has the same shaped clip and barrel - whats more - my pen doesn't work either!
