Esterbrook spare parts

I bought a box of "spar parts" Esterbrooks.

Does any one know the exact size of the rubber erasers in the bottom of some pens? I have an eraser in a Single J, and a SL. Some one was so nice as to removed the erasers in the other Single J and SL's.

I need to know who big were the erasers (height and width) so I can put them my self.

I am to assume they all; Single J, Double J, LJ, and SL need errsers?

Especially, seeing some of those half plastic things are out of the pen, and would need to be braced to a height.

There do you get those plastic half round pieces? Some pens were missing them.

Some were out in the box I bought and some came out taking out a J-bar.
Others remained in the pens.

If the J-bar is rusty do you take out the lever to replace the non-stainless steel "spring"?
If so, where do you get that part?
Thanks.
