Those are first rate bud. The color on the 40's set at the top is stunning. I've always considered getting a Charelston, but never could just go ahead & pull the trigger.
You have one hell of a nice collection!

After that post Jack, I think you've got the market cornered. What other variants did they make? I have several of the Esterbrook doctor's pens and they are quite neat as well. Is the top one in the first picture the thermometer holder?
Agreed, Jack has an amazing collection. It's been upwards of 2 weeks since he's checked into the site.
I cant say 100% but i think it is a thermometer holder. Thinner than the fp on the bottom, same diameter as the pencil, very opaque material suggests it's a hit thicker as a holder would be. notice the semi translucence in the fp cap & none on the pencil cap. Length is right for one as well so yeah. Thats what I'm going with.
Yes Regis That IS my final answer...lol.

Hi I'm new to the community and found out about it because I just acquired a nurses pen set that looks just like the top set. I wondered what year it would be, what nib it uses and approx value ? Any Idea???? Thanks David
