Just thought I would pop in and re-introduce myself. My name is Venus and I am DWLs wife. I was dragged kicking and screaming by him into FP collecting and although not as far gone as he is, I do enjoy writing with the few pens I have. As you might guess from the name I love sheaffer nibs. I have a bad habit of finding no name, third tier pens that are aesthically pleasing to me and then upgrading the nib. That way I can love the way it looks and writes. My most treasured pen is my Watermans 100 year pen with(correct my if I am wrong babe) #18 very rigid accounting nib. Unfortunately I dropped the cap a couple of years ago and have been looking for a replacement ever since.

Anyway, great to see everyone posting and having a good time.

It's a 3rd Generation OS 100 yr pen & your right on the nib info. It gets even more special than that. Back when Chris Burton was still in business making Bindes for Pelikans he started to branch out into making new ends for 100 yr pens. This is the first one he ever did & under the clear barrel end are the initials CB.

Anyne have a stray cap for a blue OS?
