help waterman set

hi

can anyone tell about the pen set i have

its in a blue box with WATERMAN AND PARIS on the top
Both pen have a blue label that say ARGENT MASSIF STERLING SILVER
One is a pen with a 18carat gold nib the othr is a pencil
