Blood Ink

Literally what the title says. I have already learned how to create Blood ink for printing using freeze-dried blood and oil. However I was wondering if anyone has a recipe for fountain pen ink... I will be trying on my own, however I don't want to take too much blood out of me lol. Anyway to start, I had a Doc draw 9ml of my blood (prior to this I got my blood tested at a lab to ensure I don't have anything someone can "catch" through contact with my blood.) and put it into a container with an anticoagulant. So I now need to figure out if it will work best to create an ink that has anticoagulant in it, freeze-dried blood, or blood with no additives that I "strain" the color out of once it has coagulated. Plus overall I am wondering if I should just mix it with water or what?

Any help is appreciated.
