I've been lurking from time to time, spending a good deal more time at the other FP website, mostly because there seems little activity here. I decided it's partly my fault if there is no activity! I needed to contibute.
From VA., I recently came upon two old Waterman Phileas pens I had bought years back and stopped using because they seemed to never write. I had no idea they needed to be cleaned and maintained. I since learned how to take care of them and added to my collection with a Pelikan 140, an Esterbrook J, a Namiki Falcon, a new Bexley Corona, some cheap Chinese pens that write extremely well, and a Platignum Silverline. All nice pens, all offering something slightly different.
Hope to find this community becomes active and attracts new members. I'll pass it on.
Jim
