I went to the DC show today! As always, it was a great show with plenty of pens (and pen friends) to see! All of the usual suspects were present, and some new stuff as well!
I got some parts that I needed to complete a couple of P21 pens (Good parts vendors at DC!), and some other "odds and ends". There were a lot of nib meisters there this year- aside from Richard, there was also Pendleton Brown (PB2), Nibs.com, and the nib expert from Sailor Pens. He was there to help anyone with their Sailor purchases. Even Brian Grey helped me with a nib issue on one of my pens!
Speaking of Brian (Edison), there will be an announcement this week of yet another new model from Edison Pens. This will be a production pen known as the Collier. I will let Brian explain more about this pen. It is beautiful (especially the antique marble color)! This will be another pen available through Brian Goulet, Richard Binder, etc...
You need to make a "pilgrimage" to the DC Pen Show if you have never been there before. The experience is both amazing and overwheming!!

Hm. Now I'm envious again. A friend of a friend went to the DC show and posted a pic of a table full of pens. I'm pretty sure I'd be caught between being overwhelmed and drooling.
