Pen brands section?
Permalink Closed

I thought it was funny that there a separate forum for a bunch of pen brands, but not MB or Pelikan.  I never heard of Wahl, and seldom see Esterbrook pens.

The pens I have the most of are Waterman, MB, Pelikan, Parker, & Lamy.

If there is a need for it, I'll be happy to add a MB forum.

Anyone?

Sorry, I didn't mean it like a need for it, or to sound negative but rather there seems to be a limited number of pen companies with the widest community following, several of which were missing, and some obscure ones I never heard of with their own category. I don't really care one way or the other, but it caught my attention as odd.

i want to talk about beater pens. you know, those pens where the lever bars have been taken out to use a penny instead and where the section is held on with duct tape! those are the best!

Just bought a genuine German no name pen...ie it had no name...well $1.25 who knows... it could write. Soaking it now...filled the cartridge with Floridan Blue...that should make any pen write. It wrote too light and hard....paper bag trick coming up.

It had gone through two blue ink cartridges at least but still had the M sticker on it...or some one found one...but why waste it on it.

I was able to squirt water through it, with an ear syringe, but then it hardly wrote. Give it some soaking, stick it in the Ultra sonic.....next.

Addiction, it was the only pen at a small flea market. Had I my weekly fix...I'd passed it up... Maroon, at least it is not black.
