Hideo-ho, TFPC folks. A pen friend from Florida sent me a link to this forum, so I thought I'd poke my head in and say a proper hello. This is the same bphollin from the other, bigger pen forum. It's good to see familiar, erm, faces (screen-names? avatars?) and it's nice to be here where there's more breathing space!
Glad to have you Brandon. You'll find this is a MUCH more relaxed place than other sites. Kick back, relax & whip your pens out. Love to hear about any you'd like to comment on. If you need any repair tips, the repair forum is VVVV down there.
Have a good time & enjoy yourself. Dennis

Hiya, Brandon! Glad to see you've made it here. Kick your shoes off, stay awhile, and if your feets stink we won't know [until the day "smell-o-vision" comes out].

Thanks for the warm welcome all. I see you've got yourselves an honest-to-god German/Lamy subforum. I wondered why the Earth stopped spinning. And they said it would never work...

It's pretty simple around here. if you want to see it happen, just drop me or the mods a PM & it's done. This is YOUR community, build it as you see fit.

I assume that is just a misspelling of Lame. Porter Wagoner wore a lot of lame outfits, often gold lame and silver lame and they winked and sparkled as he walked the stage at Grand Ole Opry. Elvis was into lame as well.
