New Lamy Dialog 3
Permalink Closed

I just got the latest Fahrney's Pens catalog (Fall 2009),
and the new Lamy pen is on the cover!

The Dialog 3 has the the 14k nib, and it retracts into the barrel!
The clip also retracts opposite the nib (I have the Swift model RB that does the same thing- it ensures the nib/point is in the pen when you clip it to your shirt).

The drawback is the price! Fahrney's is selling it at $240! (MSRP is $300)
You can buy two Studios at that price, and still have the 14k nib!

Not Bad!

Yeah, my rule of thumb is like it at Fahrney's, but buy it elsewhere!
(Fahrney sales and closeout deals are hard to beat though!)

WOW! Imagine that, a place where you can talk about Lamy Pens, and not get a "Hard Time" for it!! :)

You might also check with Pam Braun. I've found her prices are among the best in the hobby.

Hey all,

Just a quick note that the Lamy Dialog 3 has proven extremely popular (and it still isnt available yet!). We are now taking more pre-orders for next year.

All the best.
