Year of production: 1930's

Country of Origin: UK

Model: Onoto The Pen

Filling System: Vacuum filler converter to Eye Dropper

Color: Black

Material: Celluloid

Clarity: Less than 10% clarity remaining on the mid barrel ink window. The window has a "Double Helix" sort of spiral twist pattern to it.

Nib Material & Line Width: Sinfully flexible 14K Onoto 3/st. I'm assuming this is a #3 sized Stub nib. Wet medium stub nib 2.5:1 Line ratio. Flexes to 4B

Trim Material: 14K GF

Trim Condition: Brassing on the clip ball

Imprint Condition: Very strong

Engravings/Personalization: N/A

Capped Length: 4 15/16"

Posted Length: 6 1/8"

Outer Diameter Cap: 1/2"

OD Barrel: 7/16"

Working Condition: 100% ready to go.

Overall Grade: 7.75/10

Issues: Brassing on the clip ball, converter the ED filler.

Comments: The ED conversion is 100% reversable. The pen only needs the seal holder/tip of the vac filler rod to be complete.

Other Notes: The pen holds 1.9 CC's of ink

Price: $85.00.

337) Manufacturer: Onoto

Year of production: 1930's

Country of Origin: UK

Model: Onoto The Pen

Filling System: Lever Filler

Color: Black (more of a charcoal)

Material: Black Hard rubber

Clarity: N/A

Nib Material & Line Width: FLEXIBLE 14K Broad Stub #17 Delarue Onoto 2.5:1 Line Ratio. 6.75/10 on the wetness scale. Flexes to 4B with ease.

Trim Material: 14K GF. Early "Sunburst" Clip

Trim Condition: There is a tiny spot of brassig on the ball of the clip.

Imprint Condition: Very strong

Engravings/Personalization: N/A

Capped Length: 4 3/4"

Posted Length: 6 1/8"

Outer Diameter Cap: 1/2"

OD Barrel: 7/16"

Working Condition: 100% ready to go.

Overall Grade: 8/10

Issues: There is a very small bump on the end of the barrel where the pressure bar has pressed on the inside of the barrel some.

Comments: From what I understand the lever filling Onoto's, smooth BHR and the Sunburst style clips are less commonly encountered. I don't know Onoto's well enough to say how precise that is, but it's what I was told so take it for what it's worth.

Price: $115.00
