Issues: There are only 2 issues with this pen & both are simply par for the course. The clip brassing & the barrel has discolored slightly. Not horribly, but enough to give it a slightly dusky tone to the blue's.

Comments: Those of you who regularly read my posts know I hate the word "rare" & just don't use it unless a pen is truly in that club. While this isn't a rare pen, it most certainly pretty uncommon to say the least.

Other Notes: This is the largest of the 3 sizes Sheaffer made in this model

Clarity: As close to perfect as I've ever seen on these models. 9/10

Nib Material & Line Width: Fine 14K 2 tone Lifetime Triumph nib. 5/10 on the wetness scale.

Trim Material: 14K GF. Wide band

Trim Condition: Excellent. Zero brassing, dings, dents, scratches or scuffs.

Imprint Condition: Strong. It's just a tad weak in the very center, but honestly IMHO it's nothing to sweat over at all.
