Hello all. Over the course of the next few weeks, months, years etc many wonderful things will be posted on the board for your enjoyment and enlightenment. The legalese or IMAGE USE AGREEMENT is as follows:

1 All images posted remains the intellectual property of whoever posted it. They are sharing it with you because of their love for the Pen Hobby.

2 As such, you may not reproduce any image in this section for financial gain or profit or recreational use without the express consent of it's owner. This includes downloading or printing them for your own use. Please utilize them on this site only.

3 You may not place any images from this section onto any other website, book etc without the express consent of it's owner.

4 The exception to this is that you may (and in fact are encouraged to) place copies of these images in an eBay pen or ephemera auction. We only ask that you specifically credit this site as it's origin.

5 Your use of these images constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

Revision of these terms may be expected when better language comes to us in a dream or in the form of legal advise.
