Visconti Van Gogh Midi
Permalink Closed

Not too long ago I got a "new to me" Van Gogh.  I've always been intrigued with the Visconti line and finally found one I could afford.  Long story short, I'm not at all crazy about the pen.  Yeah, it writes OK, but just doesn't feel right in the hand.  I don't think it's due to the metal section, I just think there's not as much taper to the nib as I'm accustomed.

Anyone have similar experiences with the Van Gogh or any other pen for that matter?

I wish I could offer up an opinion here, but I've just never owned any Visconti's. Call it my punishment for being a classic vintage pen fan.

Who's the fluffy one in your avatar? Looks like a real sweetheart.

That would be one of our two "girls".  She is a sweety and so is her sister.  We don't have children, so our pets receive all that attentionsmile
