Cross, definitely, though it's marked "Virgin Atlantic Airways." The mechanism, finish, and refill are all clearly Cross, though the refill is 7/8" shorter than normal. Cutting down a blue medium Cross refill was the work of a minute, and it's a happy little fuselage!

I do wonder, though, whether it originally came with a pen rest that gave it wings ...

Edit: Apparently not, though I did find images of similar pens in a Cross Classic Century shape, and also one in a chrome Fisher Bullet pen!
