My "Sumgai" story for the week!

I won a two pen lot on the bay this week- a Sheaffer Craftsman, and an Estie Trans J pen in black.

When the pens arrived yesterday,  I was really pleased to find a "toaster" jewel up top, and a 2314B nib!

I got both pens for $25!!

In a similar vein, I received today a lot containing a dip pen and 16 nibs, three of which were Renew-Points: 1551 "Student", a 2668 "General Writing", and a 9128 "Extra Fine Flexible" (!) plus several other interesting dip nibs and a fine fat gold Sheaffer Lifetime FP nib.

Not bad for $11 including postage.

I just got a better one, I think: eBay Link

See that orange pen at the back?

Parker #18 Lucky Curve in smooth orange hard rubber, no flaws except the lack of a cap and "TF" scratched into the bottom over the "18." The nib is good, though tips are slightly misaligned; looks like an EF with fair flex to it.

I haven't tried to open the pen, and I may not.

$3.99 and free shipping, and I hadn't even noticed this pen sitting back there, all quiet-like; I was just after the dip pens and nibs! <G>
