Received this note recently from AT Cross regarding use of my personal info if they sell the pen division of the company. In a thread on FPN, some suggest a sale may occur. As a long time Cross collector, with many of their pens, this could be good, or bad. It's interesting to speculate about at least...

Dear Cross Customer, 

We at A.T. Cross are committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personal information you share with us. 

We are contacting you today to inform you that we have recently updated our privacy policy, effective June 25, 2013. The change to our privacy policy provides more details about our information practices, specifically that A.T. Cross may transfer your information if A.T. Cross were to sell all or part of its business, including its Cross Pens and Accessories Division. To review the details of our revised policy, please click here.
