The AT Cross WriteBack Program - Anyone Remember This?
Permalink Closed

This week, I bought a NOS USA Cross Century 2 BP in black and gold, and found this pamphlet in the case along with the standard Cross Warranty.

Called the "WriteBack" program, it was available for the higher end Pinnacle, Townsend and Century 2 models only, according to the form. If your Cross pen was lost or stolen, under the specified conditions, you could receive a replacement pen. The program must have not been succesful, in the eyes of Cross management, but for owners it seems like a good thing.

Does anyone remember or have experience with this program? Do any current manufacturers offer similar coverage?

Apologies if the scan is hard to read.

Hubert

Although I couldn't make it fit, I knew I'd have to try. Now I'm telling all of you, I will never buy....
