Parker "51" cap-click repeater tweaking?
Permalink Closed

In a recent lot buy, I acquired a 3rd quarter 1949 gold-filled "51" repeater that's a bit stubborn. It feeds, but in very tiny increments compared to a couple of other "51" repeaters I have. I can't see any remarkable wear or differences in the mechanisms between the pencils, so can anyone offer any suggestions for adjusting the feedout length?

John Vely or Joe Nemeck (sp) are the guys to talk to on that one. John is a member here, drop him a message & see what he thinks.

Thanks, Dennis; I'm sure Jon will turn up here on his own.
