My name is Bill and I have been collecting fountain pens for about 14 years now Mostly new and vintage Pelikan, vintage Parker 51s, a smattering of Italian, British and Japanese pens.

My pen for today is a Pelikan M200 with a fine nib inked up with Noodlers Baystate Blue.

Hi Bill & welcome.

My small collection is a smattering of pens as well. One of the pens on my "to buy some day" list is a vintage Pelikan 400nn. smile

 Jor412,

I have a  Pelikan 400nn in Tortoise and it's a a really nice pen, I like it more than the modern 400s.

That's what I read about the vintage Pelikans. I only have a modern Pelikan M150 and it's already one of my smoothest writers, so I can only imagine what kind of writing experience the vintage 400nn offers.
