Conklin Service question
Permalink Closed

Hello Everyone,

I purchased a Conklin Stylograph from Nashville Luggage on the weekend of July 18th ( great store buy the way). Unfortunately, the metal cap (tassie?) was partially separated from the cap and it eventually fell off. After calling the service department, I sent the pen for repairs via UPS. Basically the gentleman I spoke with told me that they would probably just replace the whole pen. The pen was delivered on the 23rd of July. After 2 calls, I was told that the pen was probably shipped back to me 2 weeks ago ( hopefully repaired). I still have not received the pen. Now, my question is- should I worry? Have you had any experience with Conklin service? Le me know what you think.

Thanks,
Felix

While I haven't had any dealings with the Conklin repair folk. In my experiences with other larger manufacturers, they generally have some sort of tracking included with the return. I'd talk to them again & see what they say, find about a loss replacement as well.

Hope it turns out for the good.
Dennis

I guess you better stay away from Conklin. I once owned a Glider, and the converters are...disbelief
