Aurora Pens - Worth A Look
Permalink Closed

I actually mean that the vintage Aurora Pens are worth a look but hopefully these pictures are too. These are some of my Aurora Pens. Three ballpoints and four fountain pens.

The fountain pens are from top to bottom: a Talentum, 8ct GL, 98 and 88P. The empty box is sadly awaiting the pen that belongs there. Those fine people at the Aurora Factory take the whole friggin month of August off and they happen to have my 18ct GL sitting in a room somewhere waiting for a repair. . . and of course for all the children everywhere to hold hands singing in peace and harmony etc etc.

(You must guess where that last reference comes from.)

And, of course, my post wouldn't be complete without a post of my sad, sad GL.

Fair thee well, my old Italian friend. Enjoy your vacation back home where from whence you came. Until we meet again, hopefully in a month or two or whenever Guido or Giuseppe is finished with you. (Sob, Sniff)
